David has divided his professional life into consulting activities in the field of accounting and practice in financial management (development projects, but also manufacturing companies or retail sales network). He emphasizes reasonable settings in his work. The word "reasonable" refers to everything that allows to obtain quality information, does not overwhelm the company with unnecessary paperwork and does not endanger it when dealing with the tax administration, banks or investors.
His experience ranges from accounting and reporting for large companies (Lidl, Westinghouse, Universal Pictures) through financial management (Hotel Jalta, Jihočeské papírny, P3 Parks CZ&SK logistics parks, NOVÁK maso uzeniny) to implementation of financial projects (acquisition of the P3 Parks D11 project, investor's buying into Techo, internal reorganisation of the University of Finance and Administration, bank financing of the acquired property portfolio in Romania and Poland). David is currently the Chief Financial Officer of the Neovize Group and helps coach and mentor the Profid team in further development.
Katka has been working with David in Profid since finishing her studies at the Czech University of Life Sciences. She has been responsible for accounting and payroll administration for clients as well as setting up and managing a team of junior colleagues. She was also in charge of the chief accountants and helped them grow. Currently, Katka primarily focuses on team setup and cooperation with clients, and acts as the main manager of our ESO9 accounting software.
Jindra is a tax advisor and is finishing her ACCA qualification. She started her career in Deloitte's M&A department and then continued at Deloitte's Luxembourg branch, where she mainly focused on tax settings within holding structures. Her curiosity has always drove her to business and specific projects, and so she continued to HB Reavis, where she applied her experience as a tax advisor and gradually expanded her knowledge of financial management and investment. Jindra is in charge of financial management, tax consulting and special projects in Profid.
Monika is an accountant with all her heart, specializing in more complicated accounting cases and working as an instructor and chief monitor of legislative news within Profid. Together with her team, she processes the administration of assigned clients.
Marek worked his way up to senior accountant at Flow East, which was preceded by an experience at Accenture. In addition to the routine management of assigned clients, Marek specializes in advanced setup of accounting operations processing and process automation.
Bára joined Profid as a junior accountant, but thanks to her great organizational and communication skills she soon moved to the position of partner. Bára and her team process the administration of assigned clients, and she spends a lot of time on organizational setup and workflows so that cooperation is as efficient and systematic as possible.
Tomáš je certifikovaným účetním s více než dvacetiletou zkušeností. Bravurně zvládá menší zakázky, u kterých má komplexní záběr veškerých témat, nicméně jeho hlavní silnou stránkou jsou velké společnosti s reportingem a potřebou orientovat se ve vysoce odborných tématech. Kromě ryze českých entit poskytoval účetní služby i společnostem se zahraničním přesahem a deset let působil na pozici hlavního účetního ve společnostech Ogilvy a Veolia. Je jedním z nejzkušenějších členů našeho týmu a seniorní podporou pro naše klienty.
While studying humanistic studies at Charles University, Eva started to engage in the non-profit sector, where she worked for 10 years. She fully utilized her organizational skills in the management of a charitable trust providing social services in the Prague-East District. Eva is close to working with people and has accounting in her blood. With her team, she is responsible for payroll processing for all our clients. Her calm nature makes her a great partner for dealing with any employment-related issues.
Nikola studovala na Vysoké škole ekonomie a managementu. Během studia začala působit jako HR specialista pro UGO trade s.r.o., které je dceřinou společností Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. Postupně svou působnost rozšířila o mzdové účetnictví, kdy pomáhala hlavní mzdové účetní se zpracováním podkladů pro mzdy a výpočtem mezd. V Profidu aktuálně pracuje na větších zakázkách, kdy zaštiťuje nejen mzdové účetnictví a personalistiku, ale aktivně se také věnuje nastavení procesů a jejich zefektivnění. Klienti i kolegové oceňují její přátelských přístup, preciznost a nasazení, se kterým se do jednotlivých úkolů vrhá.
Petra helps prepare documents for regular clients and she is also responsible for in-house administration in the Profid team.

Martina is in charge of larger clients, she communicates with the team on a daily basis, continuously deals with common accounting administration and at the same time handles ad hoc non-standard tasks perfectly. She has experience with the real estate market and has a large overlap with the internal processes of companies.
Tatiana received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Economics in Prague and is now continuing her master's program in English in International Management. She spent her first semester on exchange in Beijing and she also has experience working in an investment company as an analyst. She enjoys applying her academic knowledge in practice, therefore she cooperates with Profid in the form of part-time work. Her main area of interest is financial management.
Alena graduated from the Czech University of Agriculture, where she passed state exams in economics. She gradually gained her experience as a payroll accountant and HR manager in the private and public sectors. During her years of practice, she processed wages internally for employers, while outsourcing smaller companies and multinational corporations. Alena is head of the payroll department at Profid and is responsible for the complete payroll agenda of all clients. Her strengths are organizational skills to set up effective processes for clients and empathic communication while dealing with sensitive data.
Eliška has been cooperating part-time with Profid for a long time. She helps process documents both for regular clients as well documents of anyone from the team as a capacity support. We all look forward to Eliška completing her studies and becoming a fully-fledged part of our company.
Vojtěch mainly specializes in processing the administration of our larger clients. His experience from Equa Bank helps him make his way even in larger organizations. He complements Bára Šteglová in tandem very well.
Sofya graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences, specialization operations and economics. During her studies, she was interested in accounting and mathematics. In Profid she manages to provide services to a wide range of clients, including junior payroll administration. Her positive and proactive approach lets clients receive comprehensive assistance not only in accounting services but also in setting up internal processes and related administration.
She graduated from the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, specialization accounting and financial management. She has a vast experience in accounting and insolvency. In Profid accompanied by Marek Kubíček, she is responsible for communication and bookkeeping especially for manufacturing and retail clients. While solving the tasks, she combines analytical skills with effective and responsible communication. She often helps our clients directly in their internal teams and manages the back-office organization to make processes and information exchange efficient.
